Buffalo Chicken Banana Peppers


Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  2. 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  3. 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  4. 3/4 tablespoon hot wing sauce
  5. 1/3 teaspoon salt
  6. 8 banana peppers, halved and seeded
  7. Garnish: hot wing sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together chicken and next 4 ingredients. Spoon mixture into banana pepper halves, and place on prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until peppers are softened. Drizzle with additional hot wing sauce, if desired.
