The variety of jalapenos in this week’s cooler are great for stuffing. This variety is larger than most and has the flavor of a jalapeno, but not the heat level of most varieties. Try this stuffed pepper recipe.

Patty pan summer squash has a thicker skin than other summer squash varieties, making them great for stuffing. These Italian stuffed patty pan squash are super tasty.
