| STORAGE: | Be sure that okra pods are very dry before storing. If the pods are not dry they will quickly mold and become slimy. Store unwashed in plastic bag in your refrigerator. In these conditions, okra should last 7-10 days. Can freeze or can for long-term preservation. |
| COOKING TIPS: | Roast it. It’s possible slimy texture is the number one complaint. Never slimy when roasted. |
