Radishes


IN SEASON: May, June, September, October
STORAGE: Remove tops/greens and store in plastic bag in refrigerator. Store tops/greens separately in refrigerator.  In these conditions, radishes should last at least 1 week and tops/greens 2-3 days.
COOKING TIPS: Try roasting.  Can be substituted for turnips in almost any recipe.
