Greetings Shared Bounty Farm Subscribers!  We hope everyone enjoyed the cool spring weather this past week — we sure did love it at the farm.  We’ve got a nice variety packed into the coolers this week.  Below you will find some yummy recipes and we will continue to include recipes in every weekly newsletter, however, please remember that we have a number of other recipes and cooking, preparation, and storage tips on the Shared Bounty website.  Have a great week!

*Japanese Turnips

*Broccoli

*Spring Onions

*Rosemary

*Green Beans

*Cucumbers

*Spinach

Spotlighted Recipes for the week:

These Green Bean Bundles are delicious!  They are perfect as an appetizer or work well as a side.

Everyone has those days when doing much more than throwing some ingredients into a pot takes too much energy.  This Chicken and Spinach Tortellini Soup recipe is a great recipe for those days. 🙂

I haven’t craved just regular mashed potatoes since adding turnips to my mash during the 2016 CSA season.  By adding turnips to your mash potatoes you cut out quite a few carbohydrates.  I urge you to try Roasted Turnip and Rosemary Infused Potato Mash!

Caramelized Broccoli with Garlic is a quick, yet scrumptious side that will compliment any main dish.
